Rocketship acts as an intermediary between you and third-party carriers. By using our platform to generate shipping labels or book carrier services, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable carrier. Rocketship is not liable for carrier delays, losses, or damages, though we will assist in facilitating claims where possible.

All shipments are subject to carrier acceptance. Rocketship does not guarantee transit times or delivery dates.

Rates displayed on our platform are subject to change based on carrier pricing. Any applicable surcharges, fuel charges, or accessorial fees are determined by the carrier and passed through to you.

Payment terms are established at account setup. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

All original content on rocketship.today — including text, logos, and software — is the property of Rocketship and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Some images used on this site are licensed stock photography and remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. Partner and integration logos displayed on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used with permission or under fair use for identification purposes only.
